For those who don't know, Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that allows the body to enter a very relaxed state, while promoting it's natural healing ability.

Due to life experiences, we all endure some kind of emotional upset, stress or trauma at one point or another. Those experiences can create strong emotions, which can get trapped in the body and create energetic blocks. Over time, those energetic blocks can turn into physical symptoms. Reiki works by breaking up the blocks, allowing energy to flow freely through the energetic pathways in your body (aka meridians). As the energy flows freely, you experience optimal wellness, physically, mentally and emotionally.
